How to Use the Troubleshooting Tool in Calendars

The Troubleshooting Tool in Calendars helps you increase the functionality and availability of your calendars by providing insights into your calendar issues and conflicts, allowing for quick identification of problems with calendar settings.

To use it start by navigating to Calendar Settings inside the Calendar sections.

Click the three dots menu next to your desired calendar and select Troubleshoot Calendar.

This will open your calendar in another tab. The view will be similar to the one you get when using the calendar's booking link, however, this view will show the slots as available or unavailable with short explanations of why the spot is blocked.

When a slot is unavailable hovering over it will give you an in-depth explanation of why.

If you're making changes to the calendar you can click the refresh option to keep the trouble-shooting view updated.

Using this tool will minimize the time you spend diagnosing issues with your calendars and help you solve them intuitively and have a more productive workday!
