Listings in Reputation

The Listings Overview is a critical tool for evaluating how your business performs across major social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter). By providing a centralized snapshot of your online visibility, it allows you to monitor key metrics and identify areas for improvement. Efficiently managing your listing information ensures accuracy and boosts your credibility and discoverability online. Continue reading to learn about the Listings Overview section of your account. 

Locate the Listings Overview by clicking the Listings tab within Reputation.

Now that you're there, let's explore its features. 

On the upper right-hand section of the screen, you will see a button to create an entity. Go ahead and click it to manage listings across multiple business locations.

After adding entities, the dashboard will display a comprehensive summary including the total number of entities, their assigned categories, and the associated publishers. In addition, it will highlight the number of social media platforms where your listings have been identified, giving you a clear overview of your digital footprint.

In the “Your Account” section, you’ll first encounter the Online Presence widget. This tool is designed to spotlight social media platforms that haven’t been fully configured for your entities, making it easy to identify any gaps in your online presence. It also provides a convenient option to link and configure these platforms directly, ensuring a more complete digital profile.

Next, you will find the Incomplete Business Data widget. This tool gives you clear visibility into how many of your entities are missing essential social media information. By completing these details, you help ensure that potential leads can easily discover and connect with your business across platforms.

The Suggestions widget allows you to review and apply recommended changes aimed at enhancing your business listings. These suggestions are based on updates submitted by publishers, ensuring your information stays accurate and up-to-date across platforms.

Finally, the To-Do List provides a concise summary of key actionable insights, helping you prioritize tasks that can enhance your business’s online presence. Each item includes a brief explanation of its importance, so you understand the impact of addressing these suggestions.
