I have a set of prompts I would like to use in the app. How do I add my custom prompts?

If you have a specific set of prompts you'd like to integrate into heyLevi, follow these detailed steps using the GHL wrapper:

Step 1: Log into GHL Wrapper

• Begin by logging into the GHL wrapper using your credentials.

Step 2: Access heyLevi Custom Menu

• Once logged in, locate and click on the custom menu link designated for heyLevi.

Step 3: Navigate to Feature Settings

• Within the heyLevi app, navigate to the "Agency" section in the top navigation bar. Click on "Settings > Features."

Step 4: Choose Feature Tier

• Click on the feature tier to which you want to add custom prompts.

Step 5: Download Custom Prompts Template

• In the Feature Tier section, locate and click on the download icon under "Download Custom Prompts Template."

Step 6: Access Google Spreadsheet

• Clicking the download icon will open a Google spreadsheet in a new tab with two sheets: "Instructions" and "Custom-prompts."

Step 7: Follow Instructions and Save as CSV

• Follow the instructions provided in the "Instructions" sheet. Save the file as a CSV on your local drive.

Step 8: Return to heyLevi Tab

• Return to the tab where heyLevi is open. Click the "Select File" button.

Step 9: Upload CSV File

• In the dialog box that appears, find and open the CSV file you just downloaded. Click the "Upload" button.

Step 10: Allow Processing Time

• It may take between 5-10 minutes for the prompts to be processed and made available for use.

Step 11: Access Custom Prompts in Prompt Library

• Once processed, you will see all your custom prompts under the "Prompt Library" content module in heyLevi.
