Manually Adding Tags to Contacts

Tagging enables you to categorize contacts according to specific criteria. Tags can be applied through workflows, bulk actions, or manually, allowing you to efficiently organize and target groups for marketing campaigns, follow-ups, and other purposes. This guide will provide a comprehensive overview of the steps required to manually add tags to your contacts.

Accessing Contacts

Navigate to the "Contacts" section, where you can view all your contacts in a centralized location.

Identify and select the contact you wish to tag.

Adding Tags

In the "Tags" field, begin typing the name of the tag you wish to apply. As you type, matching tags will be displayed below. Select the appropriate tag(s) from the list. If you want to create a new tag, simply type it in the same field, and the option to "+Create new tag" will appear.

Tag Not Appearing

  • If the tag you're searching for doesn't appear, ensure you've spelled it correctly. If it still doesn't show up, you may need to create a new tag.
