How To Add Employees To Your Agency
As your company grows and you add employees to your roster you will also need to add them to your Agency. When adding users to your CRM you can provide two levels of access. Location Level Access is designed for clients, limiting their access to specific subaccounts. And Agency Level, for your employees, granting them access to all subaccounts under the agency.
Adding an Agency Employee
Navigate to the Team section of your Agency Settings, where, you'll see a list of all users with access to various client/location accounts under the agency. Click "Add User" at the top right.
Fill in the employee's first name, last name, and email address (which they will use to log in).
Optionally, open the Advanced Settings to set a password for the employee. Make a note to share it with them securely.
Switch to the Roles & Permissions tab, select the User Type as "Agency" to grant access to all locations/accounts, and select a specific account under "Add to Account" if you want the employee to receive notifications for that account. This is useful if the employee is assigned to manage specific client accounts.
Click “Save” to complete the addition.
Inform the new agency employee of their login credentials and direct them to the CRM's login page, an email will be sent to their email prompting them to log in as well. Simplifying the onboarding process and ensuring all your team members can access your Agency to monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the customer experience directly from your CRM.
