How to Set Up Agency Wallet Notifications

Managing your agency wallet is key to limiting unexpected charges. This feature provides timely alerts when sub-accounts exceed predefined wallet usage limits, notifying you via email on the same day the sub-account exceeds the threshold.

Why Use This Tool?

This offers extra control over spending, with custom notification thresholds for wallet usage by any sub-account. These notifications cover usage from the start of the selected period, offering a complete picture of wallet activity. However, this will not cause your inbox to clutter, as only one notification per sub-account will be sent, regardless of how often the threshold is exceeded in any single day.

How To Use It?

Inside your Agency View access the Billing section inside your settings.

Switch to the Notifications tab and select the Wallet area.

Enable the Notification Threshold feature, if not already enabled.

Click Add a condition to set when you'll receive notifications.

Set your desired amount (1) for the threshold and select the frequency (2) of notifications.

Click Save to set the conditions.

Optionally, click + Add Emails to enter other email addresses for notifications. The agency owner will always be notified by default.

The notifications will keep you informed whenever high transaction amounts occur, helping you take a proactive approach to preventing unexpected charges and reducing refund requests when re-billing isn't enabled.
