How to Set Up Contact-to-Contact Association

Contact Associations gives you the ability to link contacts in a way that reflects their unique relationships. This feature allows for the use of custom labels to define and organize associations, offering a clearer and more structured approach to managing contact connections. Efficiently managing contact relationships is key to enhancing communication and operational effectiveness.

Key Features

  • Manage Association Labels: Users have full control over their association labels, enabling the creation of new labels, as well as the ability to edit or remove existing ones, ensuring complete flexibility in managing contact relationships.
  • Custom Contact Associations: Users can associate contacts using custom labels such as “Parent,” or combinations like "Mother-Daughter" or "Manager-Employee." These custom labels help define relationships with greater specificity.
  • View Linked Contacts: A dedicated section within the contact details view displays all linked contacts, grouped by their association labels, providing a clear overview of related contacts.
