Connecting Instagram (Social Posting)
The Social Planner gives you the ability to add your Instagram business accounts to your CRM. If you have not converted your Instagram personal profile to a business profile. You need to perform the below mentioned two steps:
- Switch from a personal account to a business account on your Instagram app settings.
- Connect your Instagram business account with your Facebook account
Connecting your Instagram
If you haven't connected any social media accounts, click the Instagram icon in the wizard with the Connect option to begin setting up.
If you are already connected to other social media accounts, click the Gear icon to start the setup.
After clicking +Connect Social, you select the Instagram Business Account option.
Log into the Facebook Page
To connect your Instagram Business Account through Facebook, log in to your Facebook account and provide the required permissions for Social Planner. Make sure you use the Facebook account that has the Instagram Business Account connected to it. Type in the relevant details and click on Log In.
📌 Note: If the Instagram Business Profile is not yet verified, it means that the Instagram Business Account is not connected to any Facebook page. This is a requirement from Facebook to post.
Select Instagram Business Profile
Select the Instagram Profile(s) you'd like to connect by clicking Add. Once connected you'll be able to check the account and schedule posts.
Connecting your Instagram profile allows you to reach greater audiences by simplifying the posting process. Scheduling posts and controlling your social media from the Social planner in your CRM will remove a weight from your shoulders, instead giving you the space to plan and let your content speak for itself.
