Analytics Dashboard

Your Sites Analytics Dashboard helps you track key metrics for your funnels, websites, QR Codes, Forms, and Surveys. This will help you gain a clearer picture of your page views and conversion rates, among other metrics. By understanding these insights, you can spot what’s working and what needs improvement, allowing you to make decisions to increase your online presence. 

Analytics

You can find the Analytics Dashboard by navigating to Sites in the left sidebar and selecting Analytics.

Click the Source drop-down menu to choose the data asset you wish to analyze.

By selecting the dropdown to the right, you can view data for all the associated pages or QR codes or choose a specific asset to view.

Date Picker

Select a date range with the date picker to view analytics within your chosen time frame.

Metrics for Funnels or Websites

  • Page Views: You can see how often your funnel/website was visited. You can also see data on unique page views.
  • Opt-ins: This will show you the number of conversions in your funnel/website, whether that be from submitting a form, booking an appointment, or purchasing a product. 
  • Sales: Total revenue generated by your funnel or website.
  • Opt-in Conversion Rate: This will be your opt-ins divided by your unique page views.

Aside from the numbers provided for you in the metrics section, you can also see a graph view below.

  • Page Views: Here, you can see the list of your websites and a chart that shows how much traffic they are attracting.
  • Top Browsers: See the top 10 browsers your visitors use. Identify trends with usage percentages to optimize your site based on audience preferences. Avoid compatibility issues by understanding where your traffic is coming from.
  • Top Client IPs: Track the top 10 IP addresses accessing your site. This helps you identify unusual traffic patterns—whether it’s a loyal user returning or suspicious bot activity.

  • Top Visits By Country: Instantly see which countries drive the most traffic to your site with a global heatmap view. Here, you can identify trends and optimize marketing strategies based on high-traffic regions and detect unusual spikes in traffic to determine if they’re organic growth or unexpected surges.

  • Traffic By Device Type: Quickly view traffic distribution across mobile, desktop, and tablet users. Hover and click for real-time insights, identify trends, and optimize your site for all screen sizes.

Metrics for QR Codes

View the total number of QR code scans and the count of unique scans in the graph displayed for the selected time frame.

The Analytics are further summarized to display each QR code's name, its type (such as Website or Review link), and the number of times it has been scanned.

Metrics For Forms and Surveys

  • Total Views: This displays the total number of times your form or survey has been accessed.
  • Responses: This shows the number of completed submissions.
  • Average Time: Tracks the average time users spend filling out the form or survey.
  • Completion Rate: Calculates the percentage of users who complete the form compared to those who start it.

Aside from the numbers provided for you in the metrics section, you can also see a graph view below and also a breakdown of the Form Name, when it was Last Updated, and the Total Views.

With Analytics for Sites, you can easily navigate your data. You can spot your trends and patterns quickly without having to collect your data manually!
