Opportunity Custom Fields in Forms & Surveys

Creating opportunities for your contacts doesn’t have to be a manual or time-consuming process. By integrating opportunity custom fields into your forms and surveys, you can automate opportunity generation and ensure your CRM works smarter, not harder. This guide will walk you through the setup process and answer common questions to help you get started.

Access the Form or Survey Builder

Navigate to the Sites section in your CRM. Open the Form or Survey Builder tool to begin.

Within the builder, click on the Add Form/Survey Element, which is the  “+” icon to access the Custom Fields.

Select the Opportunity Category

Within Custom fields, in the dropdown choose the Opportunity category to access specific custom fields related to opportunities.

Add Desired Opportunity Custom Fields

Drag and drop the opportunity custom fields that you want to include in your form or survey. Also, If you have not created an Opportunity custom field, select the “Add” button to initiate this process.

To configure any additional opportunity settings as needed, such as default values or required fields, select the Edit Opportunity Settings option.

In the popup, ensure all settings are adjusted to match your requirements.

Save the Form or Survey

Once configured, Save the form or survey to preserve your settings and field configurations.

When a contact submits a form or survey, the system automatically generates an opportunity based on the provided information. This automation reduces manual data entry and ensures that every potential lead is captured accurately and efficiently.
