How to Set Up Automated Missed Call Text Back

Requirements

Setting Up the Missed Call Text Back Feature

After setting up your phone number, switch to the Advanced Settings tab to find the missed call text back feature.

Scroll to the SMS Settings section and ensure that the Missed Call Text Back feature is enabled.

Next, click “customize” to modify the text message.

You can include a prompt for more information, add details, or even add a link to book an appointment directly. Click the tag icon to include custom values in the message.

Once you have customized your message, send a test message to ensure that the feature is working as intended.
