Trust Center Overview

Making a positive first impression with outbound communications is crucial for lead generation and customer engagement, getting marked as “scam likely” significantly reduces the chances of potential clients answering and hurts the image of your company, as well as your bottom line. Inside the Trust Center tab, there are many ways you can help build a solid base for your calls and messages, boosting the impression you leave your customers with.

A2P Wizard

This section allows you to submit your phone number for registration, A2P 10DLC Verification reduces the likelihood of being marked as spam and helps you increase your answer rates. It consists of two elements:

Brands

Brands are the identity of your business, this is what verifies that you are a legitimate business sending promotional content to prospective customers.

Campaigns

Campaigns are the use cases that describe the type of messages you plan to send ensuring they are compliant with the law.

Shaken/STIR

This allows you to set your identity for phone carriers, marking you as a verified caller and helping you build a positive reputation. We recommend waiting until you receive your A2P Verification approval before you submit this step.

CNAM

This allows you to extend your branding to your calls by letting you set a Caller ID so your recipients can see your business name when doing outbound calls.
