Instagram DM

Instagram DMs are a powerful way to connect with your audience instantly. By integrating Instagram DM actions into your workflow, you can streamline follow-ups, nurture potential leads, and maintain consistent communication with your audience. This feature ensures your contacts stay engaged and informed about your products or services at the right moments. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you make the most of it.

To get started, click on the “+” icon and select Instagram DM in the Actions menu.

📌NOTE: To send a message to your contacts via Instagram using the Instagram action in your workflow, they should have messaged an Instagram page that is connected to your CRM within 24 hours before arriving at the event.

Templates

You could use a previously created template for your message by clicking on the Templates field and selecting the one you want from the available options in your CRM.

Message

If you prefer not to use a template and draft your message instead, you can type it in the Message field. Also, you can select specific custom values, such as the contact name, by clicking on the Custom Values (tag icon) option.

Add Attachment

To add an attachment to your message, click on the green Add Attachment button and select the file you want to attach from your computer.

Add Files Through URL

Alternatively, you can also upload files from a URL by entering its link into the dedicated field and clicking on the +Add button to include it.

Save Action

Once you have configured the message, attachments, and other details, click on Save Action to finalize your setup.
