Opportunity To Be Found

This setting determines which opportunities should be removed when the Remove Opportunity action is triggered in a workflow. The options available are:

  • All Contact Opportunities in the Selected Pipeline: This removes every opportunity linked to the contact within the specified pipeline.
  • Opportunity Found or Triggered in this Workflow: This removes only the specific opportunity that either triggered the workflow or was identified in a previous step.

This flexibility ensures more precise opportunity management, allowing for targeted removal instead of deleting all opportunities.
