Marking Chats as Read or Unread

  • Mark as Read: Designate a conversation as "Read" without opening it, particularly useful for chats you want to skip but still keep track of.
  • Mark as Unread: If you have already opened a conversation but need to be reminded to follow up, marking it as "Unread" restores the notification pop-up, ensuring the chat remains visible for future attention.
  • None: Maintain the current state of the conversation, neither marking it as read or unread.

Archive or Unarchive Chats

You can also automate the process of archiving or unarchiving a conversation to better organize your contacts.

  • Archive: By archiving a chat, you effectively hide it from your active conversations, helping you focus on more pressing matters.
  • Unarchive: Conversely, you can unarchive a chat to restore it to your recent tab, ensuring that it is readily available for ongoing engagement.
  • None: Maintain the current state of the conversation, neither archiving or unarchiving the chat.
