Workflow Triggers

Workflows are a series of actions the system will complete for you, allowing you to take a hands-off approach to operations. The Trigger is the piece that starts it all, activating the series based on one or more predefined events. The plenty of options make it easy for you to use them to meet your unique objectives.

To access the workflow trigger, click the "Add New Trigger" button to get started!

Workflow Trigger Type

The Choose a Workflow Trigger feature allows you to select the trigger type assigned to a workflow. There are various trigger types available, each related to a different category in your CRM system, such as:

  1. Contacts Triggers: For triggers related to contact actions or management.
  2. Events Triggers: For triggers related to specific actions within the system.
  3. Appointments Triggers: These will be triggers related to appointments managed within the system and any changes they may undergo.
  4. Opportunities Triggers: These triggers work based on Opportunity cards and details rather than the contact itself, allowing you to connect your workflows to your pipelines.
  5. Affiliate Triggers: For triggers related to actions performed by your affiliates.
  6. Courses Triggers: These will be triggers related to actions that happen inside your client portal or Course content.
  7. Payment Triggers: These triggers work based on actions with your products, payment processors, and contracts.
  8. Shopify Triggers: For triggers related to changes in your connected Shopify account.
  9. IVR Trigger: For triggers related to your automated phone system actions.
  10. Facebook/Instagram Events Triggers: These triggers allow you to create automation for interactions with one of your connected Meta pages.
  11. Communities Triggers: These will be triggers related to actions that happen inside your client portal or community pages.

By selecting the appropriate trigger type, you can customize your workflow's behavior to better align with your specific business needs.

Adding Filters for a Workflow Trigger

Without a filter, the workflow will only trigger the default behavior. Adding a filter lets you narrow down the specific situations that will initiate the workflow. Each workflow trigger has specific filters, accessed by clicking + Add Filter.
