How to Seamlessly Integrate Your Course and Funnel Checkout with Workflows

Part 1: Creating and Adding an Offer in the Membership Area

The first step in connecting your course or product to your funnel checkout involves creating an offer within the membership editor area. Here's how to do it:

  1. Access the Membership Editor Area: Navigate to Membership > Offers > Create Offer .

2. Create Your Offer: You will be presented with a list of all your offers. For detailed instructions on building and editing an offer in memberships, refer to the "Membership Offers" article, which includes a step-by-step video guide.

Part 2: Choosing Between Workflow or Membership Email

After creating your offer, you have two options to connect it to your funnel checkout: using a Workflow or the Membership Email Default.

Option 1: Using the Membership Offer Toggle
  1. Access Payment Product Settings: Click on Payments > Products .
  2. View Your Product: Select the product you wish to connect.
  3. Edit Price and Toggle Membership Offer:Select the price and click the "Advance Options" dropdown.Toggle on "Membership Offer" and select the membership.

4. Save Changes: Confirm your changes by saving. Remember to add or re-add the product to the funnel page with the order form to ensure it's connected.

Option 2: Creating a Workflow

Creating a workflow allows for more customized automation in connecting your offer to a funnel checkout.

  1. Navigate to Workflows: Go to Automations > Workflows  and click "Create Workflow", then choose "Start from scratch".
  2. Set Up a Trigger: Add a trigger for "Order Form Submission" and specify the location and type through filters.

3. Add an Action for Membership Grant Offer: Select the offer you wish to connect.

4. Save and Publish: Ensure everything is saved and publish the workflow to activate it. Make sure the workflow isn't in draft mode.

Troubleshooting Tips and FAQs

  • My offer isn't showing up in the funnel checkout: Ensure that you've correctly added or re-added the product to the funnel page with the order form after making changes.
  • Workflow not triggering: Verify that the workflow is not in draft mode and that all triggers and actions are correctly set up.
