How To Clone and Share Funnels

Cloning and sharing funnels can save significant time and ensure consistent results when managing multiple campaigns. This guide walks you through the exact steps to clone and share funnels effectively, ensuring your assets are accessible and secure.

Locate the Funnel

Navigate to the Funnels tab in the Sites section of your CRM. This is where all your marketing funnels are organized.

Initiate the Cloning Process 

Find the funnel you want to clone and click on the three-dot menu next to its name. From the dropdown menu, select Clone. This action initiates the cloning process.

In the pop-up you can;

  1. Name the Cloned Funnel: Provide a unique and descriptive name for the cloned funnel, such as "Campaign A Funnel - Copy.".
  2. Select Storage Location: The CRM will require you to select the "location" where the cloned asset will be stored. This typically refers to your account or system name within the CRM. Ensure you select the correct location to avoid any confusion later on.
  3. Confirm the Clone: After confirming the details, click “Confirm” to finalize the process. The system will then create a duplicate of the chosen funnel or website.

Sharing Cloned Funnels 

Sharing your funnels allows team members or clients to reuse your assets. Still within the Funnels section, click the three-dot menu next to the funnel you want to share, and select the Share option.

Choose Your Sharing Preferences

A pop-up will appear with three sharing options:

  • Anyone with the link: Allows anyone with the link to access and copy the funnel.
  • Anyone within your CRM-Only: Restricts access to users within your CRM account. Share this link with teammates.
  • Remove Sharing: Stops all sharing and protects the funnel from further access.

Select the desired sharing option, Copy the link, and share it with the appropriate audience. After sharing click Done to close the sharing window.
