Enhance Your Forms with Images

The form builder is a powerful tool that allows for the creation of customized forms to capture information from your clients or website visitors.

Adding Images to Forms

To enhance your forms with images, follow these steps:

Switch to Your Sub Account: Begin by navigating from your main agency account to the specific sub account where you wish to add images to a form.

Access the Form Builder: Within your sub account, locate the "Sites" section. From there, proceed to "Forms" and then to "Form Builder."

Add Your Images:

  • If the feature is available to you, you'll find options to add a header image and a background image under the "Styles" tab, followed by scrolling down to the "Custom CSS" section. Here, you should see an upload button for both the header and background images.

  • For those who do not yet have this feature, a workaround involves using the Custom CSS field to link images from your media library directly to your form's header or background.

Troubleshooting and Tips

  • Feature Availability: If you do not see the option to add images, it's likely because the feature hasn't been enabled for your account yet. Rest assured, it is being rolled out and will be available to all users in the near future.
  • Using Custom CSS: For those using the CSS workaround, ensure that the links to your images are correctly formatted and accessible to avoid broken images or loading issues.
