Step 1: Crafting Your Blog Post

Creating a blog post involves several key steps, from initial setup to adding content and setting SEO details. Here's how to get started:

Initiate a New Blog Post:

• Navigate to Sites > Blogs. Click on the “+New” button to set up your Blog site

• Click on “Create a New Blog Post”. 

• Enter a Title for your blog
• Select a Blog Post cover image. Note that the maximum image size allowed is 10MB with a recommended size of 600px * 400px. 
• Add an Alt Text for your cover image
• Add the post Description
• Once you are done editing, click on the “Create Post” button to save it!

Add Content:

• Utilize the editor toolbar to enrich your blog post. You can:Apply text styles such as bold, italics, underline, and strikethrough.Adjust fonts, styles, and sizes.Use indent, number list, bulleted list, or to-do list for organization.Add color and highlight to emphasize points.Insert images or videos from the Media Library, or YouTube, or add hyperlinks.Include quotes for specific content.Clear specific formatting or reformat the entire content.

• Author: Assign an author (set up in blog settings).
• Review your blog details, then publish with a specific past date or save it as a draft.

Step 2: Integrating the Blog Post into Your Funnel or Website

To ensure your audience can access your blog posts, you need to add them to your funnel or website. Follow these steps:

Create or Edit a Funnel/Website:

• Either create a new Funnel/Website or add a step/page to an existing one.

Edit the Funnel Step:

• Click on the edit button to access the editor.

Add the Blog Post List Element:

• Click on the element named "Blog Post List."
• Choose between Standard and Compact layout types.
• Set Pagination to control the number of blog posts displayed on the page.
• Adding a Category Navigation menu and Footer links to your main blog page is recommended for better navigation.

Domain Settings:

• Add a domain to the site from Funnel/Website Settings, if not already done.
• To make the blog page the default landing page (e.g., blog.mydomain.com), go to Settings > Domains > Edit Domain > Select the blog page as Default Page.

Can I update the Category, Keywords, Author, and Slug after publishing? Currently, these details cannot be updated post-publishing, but a solution is in development.

What is the maximum image size for a blog post? The maximum image size allowed is 10MB.

How can I make my blog post appear on my main website domain? Set the blog page as the Default Page in your domain settings.
