How to Set Preferred Languages for Your Forms/Surveys
The CRM’s internationalization feature allows businesses to adjust language settings for a seamless global experience. It also applies to tools like the Form and Survey Builder, enabling forms to be displayed in the chosen language. This guide helps you set up language preferences for a more inclusive and user-friendly platform.

Company Settings
Navigate to Settings and select Business Profile, scroll to the Platform Language section on the right-hand panel. Choose your preferred language from the dropdown menu. Click Update to save your changes.
Creating or Editing Forms/Surveys
Go to the Sites section and select Forms or Surveys based on your requirements.
Choose to create a new form/survey from scratch or edit an existing one.
Add the necessary elements using the “+” button. The form interface will adjust to display in the selected language.
