Navigate to the Sites tab from the left navigation menu and click on the WordPress tab. If your account is already connected to WordPress, you can skip the activation step. If not, click on the "Activate WordPress For" button.

Here, enter the required details and subscribe to activate WordPress hosting for your account.

Initiating a Manual Backup

Once your subscription is active, create a new site or select an existing site from the list.

You will now notice a "Backups" button. Click on this button to view the list of backups created in your account.

Click on the “Backup Now” button to start the manual backup process.

Name your backup according to your preference, select the necessary checkboxes based on what you need to back up (files, database, or both), and then click on "Create Backup."
