It empowers users with the capability to seamlessly invoice their clients or subaccounts for the utilization of various software features and services. This sophisticated feature serves as a valuable tool for cost allocation, allowing businesses to efficiently pass on expenses to their clientele while simultaneously generating a modest profit margin.
Within this feature, users are afforded the flexibility to enable or disable rebilling based on their specific requirements. Moreover, it provides the capacity to define the markup rate for each feature meticulously and each SaaS Plan or subaccount. This meticulous control over pricing strategy and rebilling preferences ensures a tailored and adaptive approach to revenue management for businesses operating under the Agency Unlimited Plan or higher subscription levels.
Enabling Rebilling For SaaS Plan
You can enable or disable Rebilling for each feature under each SaaS Plan. In other words, each Plan and feature can have different features rebilled and markup rates. Navigate to the Agency View and head to the SaaS configurator. Under the plan you want to edit, click Edit Details, then go to the Rebilling tab at the top. You will then see a menu with all the features capable of rebilling.
Select the feature you would like to enable rebilling, and click on the toggle at the top to enable it. Slightly below, you will find the Markup Slider to Increase or Decrease the markup.
As you adjust the markup, you will be able to see the cost to the agency as well as the charge to the customer with the markup, how much $10 is worth with the markup, and the profit with the markup you set for each feature. Don’t forget to click Save Changes once you are done.Repeat the process for each feature.
