Exploring LC - Email: Making Email Easier for Your Agency
LC-Email is designed to simplify email management for agencies, eliminating the need to sign up for third-party email services like Mailgun. In the past, agencies had to integrate with external email providers, but with LC - Email, you can send and receive emails effortlessly on every subaccount.

What is LC - Email?
LC - Email acts as an email service provider hosted by the CRM. It offers incredible deliverability, error monitoring, and better compliance, and is cost-effective compared to other email service providers in the market.
Why Was This Feature Built?
The goal is to make email work seamlessly out of the box, just as users expect from a mature SaaS platform. Historically, configuring SMTP has been challenging for new agencies, but with LC - Email, sending and receiving emails work smoothly from the start.
LC - Email Pricing
We charge $0.675 for 1000 emails, which is more affordable than most major SMTP providers that charge $0.80 for 1000 emails with MailGun. You can review email charges in your transactions under Agency view > Settings > Billing > Credits.
LC - Email Verification Pricing
You can enable email verification with LC - Email at $2.50 per 1000 email verifications, a substantial cost savings compared to $12.00/1000 with Mailgun.
Ramp-Up Model:
New sub-accounts in the LC - Email system follow the "Ramp-Up Model." The daily email limit increases each day for the first seven days, starting from 250 emails on day one, and up to 10,000 emails on the seventh day. From the eighth day onwards, locations with shared domains have a 15,000 email limit, while those with dedicated domains have a 150,000 email limit.
📌 Please Note: The daily email limit resets every day at midnight UTC. If the limit is reached before the reset, the account is locked for the remainder of the period.
Extending Sending Limit:
You can increase the sending limit from 250 to 15,000 for shared domain users or from 250 to 450,000 for dedicated domain users. To do this, go to the sub-account detail page in the Agency Sidebar, select the sub-account, and navigate to the additional settings section.
Fixing Sub-Account Limit with Dedicated Domain:
Suppose your agency has a dedicated domain but the sub-account limit is set to 15,000, you can assign a dedicated domain to the sub-account in Agency settings -> Email services -> Location settings.

- No problem! New accounts use LC - Email by default, but you can integrate a third-party SMTP provider anytime.
What About Existing Accounts?
- Agencies can smoothly migrate to LC - Email for their existing HighLevel accounts.
How Can I Bill My Clients for Usage?
- If you're on the Pro-plan, you can rebill your clients, saving you time and effort.
Will Email Rebilling Work with ISV?
- Yes, agencies on the Pro Plan can continue to rebill email usage, whether using LC-Email or a connected third-party SMTP. The lower cost leaves more margin for your agency.
Does Cold Inbound Email Work with LC-Email?
