How to change rebilling settings for a specific subaccount
In some instances, you may give a client a different rate than the default rate set in the SaaS configurator. Keep in mind, that this can only be done if the subaccount has SaaS Mode enabled.
To do so, navigate to the agency view, and then subaccounts in the left menu. Find the subaccount you need to edit, and click on the name of the subaccount. This is the page where you can control agency-related settings for the subaccount.
Navigate to Subaccounts:
In the Agency View, find and select "Subaccounts."
Select the Account:
Click on the name of the account for which you want to update the limit.
Adjust the Limit:
Scroll down to the "Rebilling Settings" section. Here, you can increase or Decrease the Markup for any of the Services that have Rebilling Enabled, and you can also enable/disable rebilling for any of the services. Any changes made here will ONLY affect the subaccount you are on.
