Updating the Sending Limit for a Sub-Account
It's essential to ensure the account isn't being used for spam activities. There are steps to follow when changing the SMS or Email limit for a sub-account:
- Check Account Activity: First, review the sub-account's activity to make sure it's not engaged in spammy behavior.
- Navigate to Subaccounts: In the Agency View, find and select "Subaccounts."
- Select the Account: Click on the name of the account for which you want to update the limit.
- Adjust the Limit: Scroll down to the "Additional Settings" section. Here, you can increase the SMS & email sending limit.
- Contact Support (if needed): If you need to set a limit higher than 10,000 SMS per day, contact Support. For email, having a dedicated domain as opposed to a shared domain for the subaccount can increase the limit up to 450,000 emails,
