Understanding the Sub Account Card

Each subaccount is represented by a card that displays essential information.

  • At the top left, you'll find the subaccount's name and address.
  • In the top right corner, there are key performance metrics for the subaccount.

At the bottom of each card, you'll notice small icons that indicate which services are active for that subaccount. This includes information about whether WordPress and Yext are enabled, whether SaaS Mode is active, if a SaaS subscription is in use, and if phone or email rebilling is enabled. Additionally, it shows whether phone or email management is handled by LC.

These icons provide a quick snapshot of the subaccount's status and settings.

To access more detailed information about a specific subaccount, you can click on the subaccount's name or select the three dots at the bottom right corner of the card and then click on "Manage Client."

You can see the account wallet, with the ability to debit or credit credits, as well as set monthly complimentary credits. And choose to rollover credits next month.

Below that, you can control the enable / disable rebilling for each service as well as change the rate which will only affect the specific subaccount you are on.
