How to Copy Contacts Between Sub-Accounts

Managing contacts across multiple sub-accounts can be a daunting task, but the ability to copy contacts between them is a premium feature designed to simplify data management and enhance workflow efficiency. Enabling Premium Actions

Before you can start copying contacts, you’ll need to ensure that premium actions are enabled in your agency settings. Here’s how:

Navigate to your Agency Settings from the main dashboard. Within the settings menu, find the section labeled LC - Premium Triggers and Actions. Use the toggle to enable premium actions and save your changes. A refresh might be required for the changes to take effect.

Setting Up the Workflow

Within your sub-account, go to the automation section and start a new workflow. Choose a trigger for the automation, such as a Form Submission, and select the specific form.

Enabling the copy of custom fields will automatically create those fields in the target Sub-Account if they don't exist. Click the Save Action button to continue.

Review and finalize your automation settings. Publish the automation and Save it to activate the workflow.
