How To Delete Sub-Account From Agency Dashboard
Managing subaccounts can get tricky as numbers escalate. Whether because a customer canceled their subscription, you need to merge multiple accounts into one, or remove a test account you might need to delete an account from your system. Let's go over how to achieve it.
Deleting A Subaccount
Inside the Agency View switch to the Sub-accounts section, find the location you wish to remove, and click the three-dot icon.
Click the "Manage Client" option.
In the top right corner of the sub-account management page, click on "Actions" and then select "Delete".
This action queues the sub-account for deletion, providing an opportunity to review and confirm the decision.
Check the confirmation boxes then click "Delete Account" to confirm the deletion. This step is crucial as it allows for a final review, ensuring no pending invoices or important data is overlooked before deletion.
Reconfirm you want to delete the account by checking the boxes and typing Delete. After confirming, click "Schedule for Deletion". This provides a window to reverse the deletion if necessary.
Undoing Deletion
After scheduling for deletion you can undo the process by clicking Stop Delete Operation.
If you didn't undo the deletion immediately you can do so by selecting the option to "Stop Deletion" from the sub-account section.
Deleting a subaccount will remove all associated phone numbers and services, stopping related charges and helping you manage connected accounts. Simplifying your work and helping you focus on active customers.
