How to WhiteLabel the App

How to Customize Your App's Branding

Customizing your web app's branding is an essential step in making it uniquely yours. By doing this, your customers will see your branding when they log into HighLevel. It's a great way to create a professional and cohesive experience for your users.

Here's a simple guide to white-label your web app in just four easy steps:

1. DNS Provider Setup:

- Open a new tab in your web browser and navigate to your domain provider or DNS provider. It's usually the same unless you've changed your DNS provider to something like Cloudflare.

- Once in your DNS settings, follow the next steps.

2. Create a CNAME Record:

- Create a CNAME (Canonical Name) record at your DNS provider and point it to "app.msgsndr.com." For example, if you're using GoDaddy, the setup might look like this:

- Host Name: You can choose any name you prefer, like "app" "CRM" or "portal"

-  “APP” is the most common” and what we recommend

- Whitelabel Login URL Example: It will take the form of "App.myawesomedomain.com."

- Don't forget to update your agency's "Terms & Conditions" in "Terms & Conditions URL" by providing the full URL to your Terms & Conditions page, which should resemble this format: "https://myawesomedomain.com/terms."

Once your DNS settings have propagated (usually takes a bit of time), you can access your customized web app by entering your new domain. For example, you'll visit "https://app.myawesomedomain.com," and you'll be welcomed by your unique login screen, logo, and terms & conditions. Congratulations, you've successfully completed the white-labeling process!
