Editing and Deleting Snapshots

Snapshots serve as templates that capture specific CRM configurations, allowing seamless replication across multiple accounts. They help streamline operations, especially for agencies managing numerous client setups. Keeping snapshots well-organized by renaming or deleting outdated ones ensures efficiency and clarity in your CRM workspace.

Editing the Name and Accounts Linked to a Snapshot

As your business needs evolve, editing snapshots can help maintain clarity and ensure easy access. Editing a snapshot isn’t just about renaming it, it’s also about ensuring the right accounts are linked to it. Whether you’re updating a snapshot to reflect its current purpose or adjusting which accounts it’s associated with, here's how to do it:

From your agency view, find and select the Account Snapshot option on the left-hand side menu and locate the Snapshot. Your snapshots could be listed under My Snapshots or Imported Snapshots. Browse through the list to find the one you wish to edit.

Deleting a Snapshot

Removing outdated or unnecessary snapshots keeps your CRM uncluttered. Just like when editing a snapshot, navigate to your agency view, find and select the Account Snapshot option on the left-hand side menu, and identify the snapshot you wish to delete.

Next to the snapshot you want to remove, click on the three-dotted icon on the right-hand side of the snapshot's name and select Delete Snapshot. This action will delete the snapshot from your CRM.
