Cloning a Template

Once you’ve created a template, you can easily clone it to create a new, customizable version. This is especially useful for making variations of existing designs without altering the original. 

How to Clone a Template

Within the Agency level, navigate to the Template Library. Go to the My Templates section and hover over the template you wish to clone, then click on the three dots that appear. Select Clone Template.

In the popup, click Confirm to complete the cloning process.

Publishing a Cloned Template

Once cloned, the new template can be edited independently. Make any necessary changes, such as updating descriptions or adjusting details, and then click Publish Template to finalize.

Q: I can't find the Clone option. What should I do? 

• A: Ensure you have an SaaS Pro account, as the cloning feature is exclusive to this subscription level.

Q: Can I clone a template created by someone else? 

• A: Yes, as long as you have access to the template within your agency's Template Library.

Q: Will cloning a template also duplicate its data? 

• A: Cloning a template duplicates its structure and design. Any specific data or content within the original template will need to be edited or added in the cloned version.
