Your pipeline is Lead Tracker, one of your seven systems. It shows every lead as a card, sorted into stages like New Lead, Contacted, Booked, and Won. One look tells you who needs a call today.
Find it
Click Opportunities in the left menu. Each card is an opportunity, which is just a lead tied to a contact.
Move a lead to the next stage
Drag the card to the stage it's actually in. That's it.
On your phone, open the LeadConnector app, go to Opportunities, and use Move Opportunity on the card.
Moving a card can kick off a follow-up, so keep the stages honest.
Add a lead by hand
- Go to Opportunities.
- Click Add opportunity.
- Pick an existing contact or enter a new one.
- Choose the stage, add a value if you know it, and click Create.
Most leads land in your pipeline on their own from your forms, calls, and messages. Adding by hand is for the ones that come in another way, like a referral at a job site.
The ten-minute habit
Once a day, open your pipeline. Move every card to where it really stands, and add a note if something changed. A pipeline you keep current is a list of money. One you don't is just noise.
FAQ
Can I change the stages?
Your stages were set up for your business during onboarding. Want them different? Email support@earnworthy.com and we'll adjust them, since your automations may depend on them.
What's the difference between a contact and an opportunity?
A contact is a person. An opportunity is a deal or job with that person. One customer can have more than one over time.
Where do I see the whole history with a lead?
Open the card to see the contact's details, notes, tasks, and appointments.
