Calendars and Booking

Add Your Booking Link to Your Website and Google Business Profile

Let people book you from your website and right from Google. Here's where your booking link goes and how to add it.

Every place a customer finds you should have a way to book. Your website and your Google Business Profile are the two big ones.

Your booking link is the page where customers pick a time on your calendar. We set up your calendar during onboarding. Not sure what your link is? Email support@earnworthy.com and we'll send it.

On your website

If we built your site, your booking calendar is usually already on it. Want it on another page, or a "Book Now" button in a new spot? Email support@earnworthy.com and we'll add it. If someone else manages your site, send them your booking link.

On your Google Business Profile

Google lets you add a booking link, so a Book button shows up on Search and Maps.

  1. Sign in to the Google account that manages your Business Profile.
  2. Search for your business on Google, or open it in Google Maps.
  3. On Search, select Bookings. On Maps, select Edit profile, then the booking option.
  4. Select Add link and paste your booking link.
  5. Select Save.

Your profile has to be verified first, and Google reviews the link before it shows up. Not every business type can add booking links.

FAQ

Google reviews link changes before they go live. Give it a bit. If it still doesn't appear, email us.

Google allows only one link per website domain for each type, so keep it to your main booking page.

Your email signature, your social media profiles, and your digital business card are all good spots.
