To keep your Google Business Profile updated, we need manager access. You stay the owner. Managers can edit your info, post updates, and reply to reviews. They can't remove you or delete the profile.
Add us as a manager
- Sign in to the Google account that owns your Business Profile.
- Search for your business on Google, or open it in Google Maps.
- Open the menu and select Business Profile settings, then People and access.
- Select Add.
- Enter the email address we gave you.
- Under Access, choose Manager.
- Select Invite.
We accept the invite on our end, and Google emails you when we do.
Can't find People and access?
You're probably signed in with a Google account that isn't an owner. Try your other Google accounts. If nobody on your team can find the owner account, email support@earnworthy.com and we'll help you get access back through Google.
FAQ
Is this the same as connecting Google to Amplify?
No. Manager access lets us work on the profile. Connecting it brings your reviews into Amplify. See Connecting Your Google Business Profile.
Can I remove you later?
Yes. As the owner, you can remove any manager from People and access at any time.
Should I make you an owner?
No need. Manager access covers what we do.
