How to Request Changes to Your Website

Want something changed on your site? Here's what to send us so we can get it done in one pass.

You can make small edits yourself, like text, images, hours, and contact info. See How to Edit Your Website (AI Studio). For anything else, or if you'd rather not touch it, send it to us.

What to send

The more specific you are, the faster it's done. Include:

  1. The page. Paste the link, like yoursite.com/services.
  2. What to change. Quote the old text and give the new text word for word.
  3. A screenshot with the spot circled, if it's hard to describe.
  4. Any files, attached to the email. Photos, logos, PDFs. Links to a shared folder work too, as long as we can download from them.

Email it all to support@earnworthy.com.

Good request vs. vague request

  • Vague: "Can you update the services page?"
  • Clear: "On yoursite.com/services, change 'Free estimates' to 'Free estimates within 24 hours.' Add the attached photo under Kitchen Remodels."
