When someone fills out a form on your site, you get an email about it. By default, that email goes to the email address on your user profile. If that's an address you don't check, it'll feel like the notifications aren't working.
Check your profile email
Go to Settings, then My Profile. Your email is in the personal info section. Heads up: that email is also your login. Change it, and you'll log in with the new one. You may be asked for a verification code.
Send a form's notifications somewhere else
- Go to Sites > Forms and open the form.
- In the form builder, click the bell icon in the top menu.
- Turn on email notifications.
- In Email To, enter the addresses that should get it. The first address goes in the To line, and any others get copied.
- Change the subject if you want. It defaults to the form name.
- Set the Reply-To to {{contact.email}} if you want to reply straight to the person who filled out the form.
- Click Save, then save the form.
Repeat this for each form. The setting is per form. Leave it alone, and alerts keep going to your profile email. Turn it on, and they go to the addresses in the form's Email (To) field instead. Want your whole team to get it? Put more than one address in that field.
Still not getting them?
Check your spam folder first. Then submit the form yourself as a test and see where the email lands.
