Drip mode sends your email in batches over time instead of to everyone at once. It's useful when a big send would flood your phone with replies or calls, or send a rush of traffic to your website.
- Go to Marketing > Emails > Campaigns and click + New.
- Pick a template and build your email.
- Click Send or Schedule, then choose Batch Schedule.
- Set the start date.
- Set the batch quantity, which is how many contacts get it each round.
- Set the repeat interval, like every 1 day or every 2 hours.
- Uncheck any days you don't want it to send, and set start and end times if you want.
- Fill in the sender, subject line, preview text, and recipients.
- Click Review and Schedule.
Here's an example. With 1,000 contacts, a batch of 100, and a one-day interval, the last batch goes out on day 10.
Before you schedule it, double-check the date, time, and time zone. Your sending domain needs to be set up first. See Which Domain Is for What.
