Your account sends you automatic emails, and some of them sound alarming. Most are routine. A few need a click from you. Here's what each one means, whether to act, and who does the acting.
If an email isn't on this list, forward it to support@earnworthy.com and we'll tell you what it is.
"Important: Facebook connection has expired."
You act. Your Facebook or Instagram connection dropped. Until you reconnect it, messages from both stop arriving in your inbox, and your 5-star reviews can't post to social. It takes two minutes to fix. See Connecting Facebook and Instagram.
An email saying your text brand registration was approved
Nobody acts yet. Texting registration has two parts. Your business brand gets approved first, then the carriers review your type of texting. A brand approval is step 1 of 2, so don't start texting your list yet.
Email support@earnworthy.com if you want to know where the second step stands. See Getting Texting Approved: An Overview.
"Non-compliant Messaging Activity"
Act right away. The carriers flagged your texting, usually because too many people replied STOP. Pause what's sending and read Why Your Texting Got Paused.
"ATTN: Email Verification Enabled in Sub-Account"
Nobody acts. Email verification checks each address before your first email goes to it, so bad addresses don't hurt your sender reputation. It can switch on after you import a list with a lot of bad addresses. You didn't do anything wrong.
Each check counts as usage. The rate is on our fees page, and it draws from your monthly usage credit first.
A notice that your account is paused
You act. This almost always means a payment didn't go through. Update your card and your account comes back on its own. See Billing, Payments, and Updating Your Card.
Zapier asking you to reconnect
It depends. If you've never set up Zapier, ignore it. If you have, open App Connections in Zapier, find the expired connection, and click Reconnect. That one click fixes every Zap that uses it.
Not sure whether a Zap is yours or ours? Forward the email to us before you change anything. See Connecting Your Other Tools.
Emails that never arrive
If your account's own emails, like password resets, aren't reaching you, check quarantine. See Not Getting Emails From Amplify? Check Quarantine.
Emails from Google about your business profile
Those come from Google, not from your account. See Google Business Profile Emails: What They Mean.
FAQ
How do I know an email is real?
Real notices don't ask for your password or your card number. If something does, don't click it. Forward it to support@earnworthy.com.
Do I need to answer any of these?
No. Reply to us only if something looks wrong. A notice is a heads-up, not a ticket.
